Can Hooded supply Clubs and do you give a discount for bulk orders?

Yes. We have a number of different colours on offer, Hooded can definitely supply clubs as part of their uniform. Please enquire through our club order form for a quote.

Can Hooded arrange embroidery for our Club?

Yes. At an additional cost we are happy to arrange the embroidery for you.

How do I know which size Hooded to buy?

You will find the measurements for all sizes on the products and purchasing page.
The length is measured from the shoulders not the hood.

What other things should we consider when buying a Hooded change towel?

If you are using the towel to get changed, then make sure there is enough room to get your arms back through the armholes for easy changing. Do not buy your Hooded too long as it will drag along the ground and will then cause you to trip over it.

What if I buy the wrong size Hooded?

We are happy for you to send your Hooded back, but unfortunately we will have to charge you postage to send back your correct size, please choose carefully.

How do you send Hooded out?

Hooded change towels are sent out using Couriers Please or Australia Post. Couriers Please requires a street address. If you are not at home to collect delivery, let us know if you want the courier to leave your Hooded at your door. Otherwise you will receive a card with a phone number to ring to arrange a good time to deliver.

What if my towel keeps moulting after I wash it?

Try adding to your wash 1 cup of vinegar and 1/2 a cup of bicarb soda.
